Refunds

Number Place is sold through Google Play and the App Store, and refunds go through each store’s own system. We never see your payment details.

Google Play (Android)

• Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund from Google Play yourself: on play.google.com, open your profile picture, then “Payments & subscriptions”, then “Budget & history”, and choose “Report a problem” next to the order. Google usually decides within a day, and at most in about 4 days.
• After 48 hours, Google Play asks you to contact the developer first. Write to support@twoyearsold.net with your order number (it starts with “GPA.” and is in your Google Play receipt email), and we will consider your case. If the cause is a problem with the app, we will refund you.

App Store (iPhone and iPad)

• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled only by Apple; developers cannot issue them. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund”, pick a reason and the app, and submit. Apple usually updates the status within 24 to 48 hours.

If the app does not work

If the app does not work as described, or does not run on your device, please tell us at support@twoyearsold.net. We will try to fix it in an update. If we cannot, we will refund your Google Play purchase, or guide you through Apple’s refund process for an App Store purchase.

Number Place は Google Play と App Store で販売しており、返金はそれぞれのストアの仕組みで行います。私たちがお支払いの情報を見ることはありません。

Google Play(Android)

• 購入から 48 時間以内なら、Google Play でご自身で返金を申し込めます。play.google.com でプロフィール写真を押し、「お支払いと定期購入」→「予算と履歴」と進み、注文の「問題を報告する」から送ってください。判断は通常 1 日以内、長くて 4 日ほどです。
• 48 時間を過ぎた場合、Google Play では、まずデベロッパーに問い合わせる流れになります。注文番号(「GPA.」で始まる番号で、Google Play の領収メールにあります)を添えて support@twoyearsold.net へご連絡ください。個別に検討します。アプリの不具合が原因の場合は、返金します。

App Store(iPhone・iPad)

• App Store での購入の返金は Apple だけが行い、デベロッパーからは返金できません。reportaproblem.apple.com にサインインし、「返金をリクエスト」を選んで、理由とアプリを選んで送ってください。通常 24〜48 時間で状況が更新されます。

アプリが動かないとき

説明どおりに動かない、お使いの端末で動かない、という場合は support@twoyearsold.net へお知らせください。更新で直すよう努めます。直せない場合、Google Play での購入は返金し、App Store での購入は Apple の返金の手続きをご案内します。
