- 返品・キャンセル
- デジタルの商品のため、購入後のお客様のご都合による返品・キャンセルは、原則としてお受けしていません。各アプリストアの返金の仕組みはご利用いただけます(「返金について」をご覧ください)。Google Play で購入から 48 時間を過ぎた場合は、support@twoyearsold.net へご連絡いただければ、個別に検討します。
- 不具合があったとき
- 説明どおりに動かない不具合は、更新で直します。直せない場合や、お使いの端末で動かない場合は、ご連絡ください。返金します(App Store での購入は、Apple の返金の手続きをご案内します)。
- 動作環境
- Android 7.0 以上(Google Play が使える端末)/ iOS 15.0 以上(iPhone・iPad)。インターネットへの接続は、ダウンロードと更新のとき、および初回の起動でダウンロードの番号を受け取る一度のときに要ります。遊ぶだけなら要りません。
- 販売数量の制限など
- ありません。一度の購入で、同じストアのアカウントの端末で使えます(各アプリストアの定めによります)。
- 継続して払うお金
- ありません(買い切り。定期購入・アプリ内課金はありません)。

This notice is required by Japanese law for sales to customers in Japan. The Japanese version is the official one.

- You can download and use the app as soon as the purchase is complete.

- None.
- Returns and cancellation
- Because the app is a digital product, as a rule we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind after purchase. You can use each store’s refund system (see “Refunds”). For Google Play purchases more than 48 hours old, contact support@twoyearsold.net and we will consider your case.
- If something is wrong
- If the app does not work as described, we fix it in an update. If we cannot, or if it does not run on your device, contact us and we will refund you (for App Store purchases, we will guide you through Apple’s refund process).
- System requirements
- Android 7.0 or later (a device with Google Play) / iOS 15.0 or later (iPhone and iPad). An internet connection is needed to download and update the app, and once on first launch to receive a download number. Playing does not need one.
- Quantity limits
- None. One purchase works on the devices signed in to the same store account, under the store’s terms.
- Recurring charges
- None. One-time purchase; no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
